It adopt synchronous control technique ,welding time is controlled by PLC digital program system, its easier to learn and control, It adopts NC PLC programmer and microcomputer processor, and it have two kinds of input panel : touch screen and button, making the machine more intelligent and reasonable. The best strongpoint of such control system is: various holes of different dimensions on the same mesh. Adjusting the diameter of the holes manually, you can just input the preconcerted dimension of the diameter, in order to avoid the waste of time. It can be adjusted orderly automatically after it processed without manual handling., It use new type high efficient welding transformer, which have8 levels of the dial ,enlarging the the range of the welding wire diameter, furthermore it have the features of environment protection and energy saving .
