Detailed Product Description

(1)   The machine is integrated with internationally advanced electronic original elements with a PLC programmable controller and a touch screen Chinese displayer.

(2)   It works in two modes of normal feeding and pressure feeding of material, and the two modes can be switched as per the structure and shape of the mould.

(3)   It is optional for full automatic, semi-automatic and manual operating method.

(4)   The mould is driven by hydraulic pressure with a fast/slow differential system to ensure the precise time for mould opening and closed in an economized time and stable operation.

(5)   Various modes of heating method can be optionally used as per the product shape so as to ensure the product quality.

(6)   A vacuum and negative pressure system can ensure a low water content, rapid shaping, and short drying period(or without drying).
